‘Discover Poland’ trip to Toruń
From 30th November to 2nd December a group of 32 students supervised by headmistress Joanna Wojtynek and teachers Mrs. Magdalena Goraus and Mrs. Agnieszka Gemborys had an opportunity to discover the kujawsko-pomorskie voivodeship within the ‘Discover Poland’ programme. During the first day of the trip the students visited the Space Centre, the Gingerbread Museum and the town square of Toruń. The highlight was the exploration of a 19th century defence building by night. The second day of the trip was devoted to discovering the impressive castle in Malbork. On the last day of the trip the participants visited Włocławek with its beautiful Cathedral, and an archeological reserve in Sarnów.
