Erasmus+ with Spain

On October 23-29, we hosted at our school a group of 14 students and teachers from the school “Institut Teresa Pamies” in Barcelona 😊 They came to us under the accreditation of the Erasmus+ program, so together we could explore the topic of mental health. In addition to a relaxation concert, we attended lectures on emotions and ways to combat stress. In addition, during a trip to Krakow, we conducted a street poll targeting different age groups, and in Zabnica, we looked for solutions to the problems the respondents talked about. We showed our guests beautiful and important places, visiting Katowice, Krakow, the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum or the Tychy Sports Gallery. Above all, however, we took care of our mental health during sports activities (volleyball), through physical activity and contact with nature (numerous walks around Tychy, dancing together and a weekend trip to the mountains in Zabnica), and most importantly by making great friends, which we will certainly take care of and which will result in future meetings 😊 It was a very intense but unforgettable week. We already miss our Spanish friends….
